Four General Solutions for Oil Leakage of the Compressor Air Tubing – Air Hose
(1) Shut down the system for maintenance and replace the related spare parts;
(2) Adjust the process plan to reduce the pressure in the fuel tank;
(3) Take measures to repair and plug the leaking parts, and the common use is the mine technology;
(4) Purchase a new compression cylinder for replacement;
Among the above methods, purchasing a new compression cylinder takes long time and high cost, which not only brings huge cost pressure to the production unit, but also affects the normal operation of the unit.
The oil return pipe in the air compressor accessories is connected with a cooler. To prevent the separated oil from entering the pipe network system with the compressed air, the condensed lubricating oil in the oil-gas separation filter element must be led to the air inlet cavity of the machine head through the oil return pipe in time.
In order to prevent the oil and gas in the air end from flowing back through the oil return pipe during shutdown, a check valve is installed in the oil return pipe. There is a throttle hole on the one-way valve to prevent a large amount of compressed air from following the lubricating oil from the oil and gas tank into the air inlet cavity of the machine head through the oil return line. The diameter of the orifice is generally 0.5~1mm, which is very sensitive to dirt. Once blocked, it will cause a large amount of oil in the exhaust.
Once the exhaust gas is found to contain abnormal oil, the temperature of the oil return pipe should be checked first. If the temperature of the oil pipe is close to normal temperature, it indicates that the oil return pipe is blocked. Above the oil and gas separator is the oil return pipe. It is to return the oil inside the oil component to the nose. Otherwise, the exhaust port will run out of oil.
